Discovery is all about ensuring we understand the current pains and business goals and making sure these shape the system requirements. This is key to ensuring that our SAP customers have the right solution implemented in the right way. Using the experience within our SAP team of consultants, we will guide your use of proven SAP Business One functionality to be aligned with your business goals.

(Implementation) Stage 2

Using the findings from within the discovery stage, in addition to proven SAP methodology and DCS implementation experience, our SAP consultants work with clients to provide the most suitable implementation plan.

An implementation plan that reduces levels of risk and delivers the identified system requirements, within the project constraints. Our SAP consultants will work with throughout all of the key implementation phases.

(Review) Stage 3

Continuation of our consultative approach, post go live, means that in addition to DCS SAP Business One support, our customers have regular reviews of their SAP Business One solution.

Proactively making sure our customers have the most appropriate levels of technical support for their IT infrastructure and SAP Business One solution. This approach means that opportunities to improve and integrate technical IT support services are always identified.

(Support) Stage 4

DCS have the ability to provide customer focused service levels for SAP Business One technical support, utilising designated freephone telephone support, email and remote secure access when required.
