DCS receive prestigious award for Service Excellence

We are proud to have been recognised for the outstanding service we provide to our 400 plus SME customers.  This award, presented by global software giant Sage at their annual conference, reinforces our commitment to service excellence.

Service Excellence award

This is a great achievement against the backdrop of a challenging 12 months, that included preparing customers for several critical legislative changes including GDPR, Making Tax Digital (MTD) and working closely with them as they prepare for Brexit.

Every year, at the Sage UK and Ireland Conference, Sage recognise their partners commitment to delivering best-in-class service and solutions. This year’s two-day conference was held at the Hotel Novotel London West.

Dominic Ball at DCS receives awardAs a well-established platinum partner, we proudly received the award for our on-going commitment to service excellence.  Dominic Ball, one of the Directors here at DCS said: “Our customer relationships are extremely important to us. Our approach is to establish a strong relationship with each of our customers by taking the time to truly understand their business and the challenges they face.  From there we can tailor a service solution that is a seamless extension of their own team. We have a team of highly trained advisers and consultants who guide customers towards the best solution for them.”

Our Customer Support Manager, Abigail Gann, said: “Our support team are very focused and dedicated to delivering customer success. We always pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer support. I am very proud of the team for their ongoing commitment in helping our customers.

Sage Executive Vice President and Managing Director Sabby Gill presented the award at the Sage Partner of the Year ceremony in London earlier this week. He said: “It’s great to celebrate the service excellence DCS have delivered this year to their clients. They have a very strong approach to customer relations, where they really place the needs of their customers at the forefront of service delivery, making sure each one gets the most out of their solution and can take full advantage of all the suitable features for their industry. I am pleased that they have set a very high standard of customer support and wish them ongoing success.”
