Announcement – Sage Business Cloud Financials

On 28 February, Sage released some important news with regards to Sage Business Cloud Financials:

We’ve thought long and hard about how we continue to serve our customers’ long-term needs and we are focused on delivering Sage Intacct into the UK as our financial solution for fast growing and mid-market organisations in 2019. As a result, Sage will no longer sell Sage Business Cloud Financials to new customers. We will continue to support and deliver the solution to your business, and you will be compliant and supported.

We are excited about bringing Sage Intacct into the UK, later in the year. Sage Intacct is a market leading product in the US and a Gartner Magic Quadrant ‘Visionary’ with the highest scores for customer satisfaction. As a Sage Financials customer, we will ensure a smooth transition, when you are ready and with help from your implementation partner.

What does this mean for existing users of Sage Business Cloud Financials?

There is nothing you need to do right now as current customers will still be supported, and your service won’t be affected.

Should you wish to discuss what options are open to you, please contact the team at DCS who will be more than happy to review your needs and identify alternative solutions. We will also explain what the transition to this solution will look like.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I was considering buying Sage Business Cloud Financials… now what?
