Introducing ‘System Assurance’

System Assurance is backed by our dedicated, in-house helpdesk and a team of experienced systems & network engineers.

Specified from the outset by an on-site survey provided by one of our systems consultants, your ‘System Assurance’ support package will reflect the service and response that are most appropriate for you and your business.

Designed to take the pain away from issues with your IT equipment, ‘System Assurance’ provides you with all the technical support and engineering labour that you need to resolve the situation and recover your system back to a state of good health. Although the service is parts exclusive, having ‘System Assurance’ means that you no longer need to manage the problem and communicate with external providers (such as DELL warranty claims etc.) as we will do it all for you.

Total peace of mind

And that’s not all. Why not compliment your chosen ‘System Assurance’ package with our optional ‘Preventative Maintenance’ schedule? For an additional annual fee we will include four, quarterly, onsite visits to perform comprehensive technical health checks on your server infrastructure.

These visits allow our specialist technicians to perform system updates, security checks, investigate the event logs, and carry out a ‘trial’ backup and restoration of selected data.
